Mr Gagic, esq.is a rare breed amongst competing lawyers here in the Valley of the Sun, I need to start by starting that I am a practicing Doctor here in Phoenix and found myself in a most difficult position when I first researched and found Mr. Gagic. I put utmost trust in his legal skill and himself as a righteous and honest attorney. Speaking of communication he never left me out of the loop about next appointments and court hearings through his extensive knowledge and database of computer assisted software to keep me well informed. He has always been available for questions and concerns at each turn when I would phone him with spur of the moment questions. One stand out with Mr. Gagic is the fact that he sole proprietor of his law firm which leads him to have a greater understanding of my case and handles everything personally never leaving another lawyer to handle issues they may not be privy to. He fought from start to finish personally, handled the whole case personally, was available on a moments notice for me and always made me feel secure and well protected with his arsenal of his well trained law knowledge. Another advantage I garnered from him is his history as a prosecutor earlier in his career so he has a firm grasp of the prosecution side of law which gave him an advantage to keep me up to date on what I was going up against and strategy to outwit what was coming at me from the other side.
