My course spanned 2 years, multiple motions to dismiss, ups and downs and in the end I had to take a deal. It was a fantastic deal that brought me down from the Super... Extreme charge and even got my Order of Confinement to be served out of state. This was the first time in 11 years that this judge had allowed a sentence to be completed out of state. He was patient, understanding and put my mind at ease. Trust me when I say this will be one of the most stressful times in your life, but Vladimir will be there and aim you in the right direction. I was dealing with getting a 2nd DUI. The prosecuter was not willing to offer a decent plea offer. Vladimir was on top of the situation, making sure I was informed of what was going on at all times. He didn't create any unreasonable expectations to get my business, rather he explained to me the possi...ble outcomes along with the strategy involved to accomplish each. He was willing to take as much time as was necessary to ensure we had all the information required for a strong defense, interviewing officers involved and gathering all evidence as well as expert testimony to support my case. In the end, after being set to trial, a much better offer was placed on the table and I accepted it. I felt like I had a pretty good chance taking the case to trial with what he had prepared, but decided against it just for the certainty in the outcome. The original offer was for 90 days in jail and i ended up accepting an offer for 24 hours. Essentially, it was dropped to a first time regular DUI with the minimum penalty which in the end allowed me to keep my job for now. All in all, he is not a timid attorney when it comes to dealing with the court, willing to be aggressive when needed. You'll feel he is working hard and genuinely wants to help you. I would highly recommend his service.

I have given a review within the last couple week or so, but am happy to thank Vladimir again. We do not know what we would have done without his understanding & legal knowhow. He has always been available for questions and concerns at each turn when I would phone him with spur of the moment questions. One stand out with Mr. Gagic is the fact that he sole proprietor of his law firm which leads him to have a greater understanding of my case and handles everything personally never leaving another lawyer to handle issues they may not be privy to. He fought from start to finish personally, handled the whole case personally, was available on a moments notice for me and always made me feel secure and well protected with his arsenal of his well trained law knowledge. Another advantage I garnered from him is his history as a prosecutor earlier in his career so he has a firm grasp of the prosecution side of law which gave him an advantage to keep me up to date on what I was going up against and strategy to outwit what was coming at me from the other side.
