Legal Advice from a Great Firm!
The Wilson Firm is great! I had a two hour consultation while interacting with both Lee and Dane. They were attentive to my situation and all the questions I posed. Above and Beyond
I went to Lee and Dane within 24 hours of my motion and they were able to fit me in that day. They stayed a couple hours after closing and the next day they basically skipped their lunch to write me a document to be used as an exhibit. I don’t write reviews; however, they were absolutely amazing. I wish I had hired them as experts in my family litigation (SAPCR). My opinion of Lee and Dane is that these guys are smart, honest, and diverse. I have hired attorneys before and for tens of thousands of dollars, so I’m cautious now. I say that they were honest because they heard me as a pro se on an unorthodox case and additionally, did not waste my time. The written opinion exceeded my expectations and was also 17 pages and completed within a couple hours. These guys are smart and efficient. I will absolutely be hiring them in my future custody modification. I recommend safeguard your family litigation on tax issues with these guys, because most of the time, there isn’t a do over and family is the absolute most important part of life. They provided at least five hours of legal services for me. I have absolutely no regrets with their services or cost thereof.

Couldn't be happier!
I was referred to The Wilson Firm by another lawyer and a CPA, who both spoke highly of Lee and knew his firm would be able to handle my issues. I'm the POA for my disabled mother after my father passed away unexpectedly last year. I started receiving letters from the IRS about unpaid tax amounts from 5 years back, with extremely high interest and penalty fees. I explained to Lee my situation, and I immediately felt at ease by his confidence in being able to get the amount reduced. His firm took care of every step, as I never had to speak to anyone at the IRS myself, and they would update me on the progress. In the end, I had the amount owed reduced by much more than I was expecting through abatements, and have been able to square everything up with the IRS in a timely fashion. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Private Loan To Cancel Government Student Loan
My tax question was not a complex one but more of clarification of the tax law and my situation . Lee and Nick. met with me for an hour and gave me a clear and concise answer. The one thing I liked the most about our meeting is that Lee and Nick didn’t talk above my head with tax jargon but brought it down to my level so I had a complete understanding at the end of our meeting. Madison answers the phone for the Wilson Law Firm and is a lawyer in her own right waiting to take the bar exam. I called several other tax attorneys In the area and received a condescending tone from the receptionist that I spoke with, Madison on the other hand was very professional and listen to my situation and explained the billing process. We scheduled a consultation time and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I highly recommend the Wilson law firm for any IRS tax issues.

Excellent Tax Attorney
Mr. Wilson handled a very complicated audit for our business. We initially hired our CPA firm to handle it, but it proved to be too much for them. They referred us to The Wilson Firm, and the results were incredible. We went from owing a ton in back taxes, penalties, and interest to owing very little for several years and actually receiving a refund for one of the years the IRS was auditing. I would highly recommend The Wilson Firm for any tax issue you or your business might have.

Federal Income Tax Issues Under Control With Complete Resolution Coming Soon.
He made some very complex tax issues understandable to me. The issues are still very serious but now I understand what needs to be done, why it needs to be done and how to avoid similar situations in the future. Wilson laid out a clear path to resolution with detailed explanation of why thing have to be done in certain ways and at certain times. With Wilson's help and counsel I should be clear of my IRS issues in less than a year. Wilson was clear and concise, He kept me focused on the real issues at hand not the issues my imagination was creating. He was quick and to the point cutting through the clutter. I know now the law is not "magic" but it can be complex and the quickest way to a desired legal result is to hire a professional and follow their advice. He was completely fair and honest in billing. He is not only a good lawyer he is an honest open human being. If I need a tax lawyer in the future he will be my first choice.
