Absolutely the best!!

Troy helped my with my ten year clearance reinvestigation and I feel confident that I would not have had the success I did without his help. He was integral to my successful outcome and I will absolutely hire him again in the future should the need arise.

Security Clearance Issue

Highly recommend attorney Troy Nussbaum whom I consulted with regarding a security clearance issue. He provided me with some honest and very necessary information which helped me decide how to proceed. If you have a security clearance issue, the initial consultation will be well worth your time.

Security Clearance Recently Granted

On February 2019, I received a letter from the DOD CAF. The letter stated I owed some debts and I was advised by the DOD CAF to provide SOR why I am in debts, or else my security clearance will be denied. I shared my stories that lead me to the financial situations. Attorney Troy evaluated my cas...e and advised to provide all relevant documents and burden of proof, which showed that the inability to handle my debt was not intentional. Attorney Troy gave a full assurance that my security clearance will not denied. He worked with me from March 2019 till June 2019 when my security clearance was granted by the DOD CAF. He is special and dedicated for fulfilling his promise.

Mr. Nussbaum is very knowledgeable re security clearance issues

I recently had a consultation with Mr. Nussbaum, and found him extremely knowledgeable with a wealth of experience re obtaining security clearance and any potential issues that may arise. I highly recommend him.

Obtained TS Upon Responding to an LOI on the first try!

Troy helped my obtain my Top Secret clearance after my agency (USDA) issued a letter of intent to deny, based on some very speculative misinformation. Troy was systematic, did his homework and knew his material from experience. He worked well with me to obtain all necessary background documentation... and gave me good guidance when I had questions. The final product he came up with, which was a response letter with attachments to the LOI, was thorough and complete. We were able to mitigate each point by point. As a result, I obtained my clearance within days of my response. Troy also completed the work within budget, after using the lump sum approach. I found him more economical than some of the bigger DC firms, yet every bit as diligent and as easy to work with, and his work is on par with the best.
