Will Use Again!!!!
Todd was able to help negotiate many key points in my Real Estate closing that saved me thousand and completely out-weighted his very nominal fee. Used him a couple of months after for assisting with drafting a promissory note for a friend who needed a short term bridge loan.

Will not hire him again
Hired him for closing. Imposible to connect with him. No replies my emails. My bank said they send the CD to him and remaining amount check but till the closing day morning this guy did not told me or replied me or answered my calls.
