Hired him for closing. Imposible to connect with him. No replies my emails. My bank said they send the CD to him and remaining amount check but till the closing day morning this guy did not told me or replied me or answered my calls. The closing morning he told me the amount finally. Did not pursued ...anything for my interests. Did not checked that property had ticket against violation. Right after purchasing I had to spend 3300$ on sidewalk repairing.

Mr. Bass was a pleasure to deal with. From the time he took my deal to the end he made himself accessible, took care of every and any problem as soon as it arised and never made an excuse when things went wrong. My deal almost fell through because of a Tax Lien and Mr. Bass was able to talk to the se...ller and buy me the time I needed to satisfy the Lien. This is after I already paid him upfront. He had no incentive to help me or to drag this deal out. He did it because he is stand up guy and spent the better part of a day in touch with me to resolve the issue. He is an honest and competent man who you can rest assure will do the best he can by you. More than that you really cant ask for.
