I hired Mr. Gorman after experiencing some difficulties In my nursing program. We had 2 phone calls total where he explained what would happen and the course of action he planned to take. I followed up to my university and the people who he said he reached out to and not one of them had any idea as t...o what I was talking about. So after his firm was closed. I wasted my money and wished I had just gone with another lawyer.

Gorman law started out great! I felt like i was taken care of at first and felt confident having them represent me. My case was solved in about a week after I personally talked to the school. However, the paid fees were more than the hours spent on the case. Was told I would get the remainder of my r...etainer returned to me and they even asked me for my bank details on multiple messages. Bank info was sent then heard nothing for weeks, no funds received. Finally, I inquired again and the secretary told me there were no funds left to pay me and that the law firm was to be closed. I appreciated the work Gorman did for me however the loss of funds was unprofessional and unfortunate.

I hired Attorney Donald Henslee to represent me in a discrimination case. Due to health issues, Attorney Henslee partnered with Terry Gorman who them took over my case. Initially, Attorney Gorman worked with me to outline the events surrounding the case. He seemed passionate and had convinced me that... things were working in my favor. I paid him over $5,000 with no results because he never filed a single document. I recently found out that he has resigned in lieu of disbarment for not filing and/or properly representing clients. Where’s the justice for the people that trusted this Attorney? What are we supposed to do?? I feel like I was victimized twice…only difference is I paid money the second time.

I, like many of the other reviewers, was abruptly dropped by Mr. Gorman. No other attorney would take my case due to their concerns with steps taken/ not taken by Mr. Gorman. The one attorney he was able to get to take my case, two months in, has now decided to “try other career options.” Meanwhile, ...my case is still pending and I deserve justice. The justice Terry convinced me he would fight for over a year ago. This is a nightmare. I’ve now had to pay two retainers and still fighting alone.
