Stacy mediates mostly family law, but many other civil disputes. Stacy has over 100 hours in mediation training, including 80 hours of classroom basic and domestic mediation training and over 50 hours of observation and co-mediation training. Stacy is a court rostered mediator in Utah, and remains a licensed attorney in Florida and Utah. Stacy is also an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law teaching mediation and negotiation alongside Professor James Holbrook, and coaching the Mediation Competition Team. Stacy also actively volunteers in the legal and conflict resolution communities. She likes to spend her free time outdoors, cooking, and reading. In the summer, she water skis competitively and placed 3rd in the Womens 2 slalom division at the 2014 Western Regional Championships. Originally from Florida, Stacy attained her undergraduate degree at Rollins College and her law degree from Nova Southeastern University. Stacy started at Long Okura as an attorney litigating family law cases, and has completely transitioned her practice to dispute resolution as she has seen many of the best outcomes for her clients come as a result of mediation.

Stacy was pleasant to work with, but lacked knowledge in some of the finer point of divorce law. Stacy Roberts @ Long Okura was a tremendous help with our divorce mediation. She was very knowledgable and provided invaluable legal advice and options to assist us in resolving previous "sticking points" or disagreements in our divorce terms. We had initially set out to handle our divorce on our own...

"Stacy is fantastic to work with. She is knowledgeable about the law and works hard to achieve great resolutions on each and every case. She puts in the time and effort to make each client's experience a positive one."
"I endorse this lawyer. She has an excellent depth of knowledge and is highly respected in the community."
"I have worked with Stacy on various matters in the past and have been very impressed with her care for her clients and her diligence in pursuing her cases. She is a competent attorney who cares about efficiency. At the same time she is sensitive to the emotional turmoil clients experience in family law matters. I would highly recommend Stacy."
