PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't use this guy!!! He is less than worthless! He charged My husband 3,600 on the very first day. After 2 months he had literally done nothing. The DA reached out to me and said that this attorney had not even filed any emotions for my husband at all with them to shorten any of... the the initial things against him. Such as court mandated restraining order. He got mad at my husband because my husband was calling him once a week to find out what was going on because LITERALLY NOTHING WAS HAPPENING! In the end, my husband would have been so much better off just depending on the public defender. They would have actually gone to bat for him, which this attorney did not at all. Please don't waste any money on this guy! You might as well take your hard-earned cash and flush it down the toilet!

Sean Harrell is an extraordinary criminal defense attorney. I had another lawyer handling my felony case for 9 months, and I was going to trial with her. The dates had all been set. I was innocent and knew I had not received proper representation. I was referred to Sean by Bob P., who had ...been an Assistant DA. Sean was able to take my case, he jumped right in, and at the first hearing, he asked to start the case over. The judge agreed. Within 3 months, Sean was able to discuss the case with the DA, point out some major problems with their case, and they came to an agreement, there was no reasonable likelihood of success at trial—and the case was dismissed. The best news I had received in quite a while!! I am thankful for Sean Harrell. He is honest, hard working, professional, reliable, and does his job very well. Sean made ALL the difference in my case. All the evidence, the DA, the judge, all the same. Sean got my freedom back for me. I am eternally grateful for that. And I must mention his staff, all the people working with him — who are always there, almost always able to get in touch with him, friendly and competent. Highly recommend!!

As the other one star reviews I should've read here stated: little to no communication. Paid in full his fee 6 weeks before court. Didn't discuss the case till the week right before court. In personal opinion - believe he wouldn't have put any effort in trial case with little evidence in the allegati...on. Too late to fire him, had to finish out and take the charge. Life lesson learned - go with the one that charges more. It'll pay later.
