Sean Patrick Harrell

Sean got me a deferred sentence on a misdemeanor charge that was essentially an accident. He was also very caring and sympathetic towards me in my time of need. I never had trouble keeping in contact with him directly or otherwise, he was very accessable to me. I learned the hard way that you should ...never call the cops on yourself, even when you're just worried about the safety of your neighbors, because they don't care. Sean also got my record sealed without me having to appear in person or over the phone. He did a great job for a flat rate. I would gladly recommend him to anyone who needs legal help in his area/s.

When I met with Sean and spoke about my case he listened and ask questions to make sure he had all the facts. He sat down with me and gave me all of the facts and never pressured me in to making any decisions that I did not want. With the best of his abilities he was able to give me information of ...possible outcomes.

Sean didn't respond promptly to my emails or phone calls. Sometimes he didn't respond at all. He did not work in my best interest. He didn't let me know that the court location had changed. And then when I tried to reach him by phone the day of court, 4 of my 6 calls went unanswered. He caused unn...ecessary panic and anxiety. He wasn't prepared when we were in court. He didn't follow through with the Weld County DA on getting the complete request for discovery; pictures, 911 audio, witness statements, police report. Sean was less than honest regarding communicating with me. In my opinion, Sean did not negotiate with the DA for a lesser charge. He took the first thing the DA offered and ran with it. He was 10 minutes late to court. I would not recommend Sean Harrell as an attorney.
