Sean Cuddigan has been practicing law since 2008. Sean received his law degree from Creighton University School of Law. Sean’s primary focus is working on social security disability cases alongside his father owner Timothy J. Cuddigan. Sean has spent countless hours learning the in’s and out’s of Social Security Disability law including the process to collect medical records, call doctors, and appeal application denials.
Sean is currently a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives and a chapter board member for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society-Mid America.

Great attorney and great staff
Sean and his staff were very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable about VA disability and was able to get me my full disability. I’ve tried for years to get it and haven’t been able to. After talking to them and hiring them, they were able to get me my full disability within about 8 months.

Disability
Cuddigan law accepted me to fight for disability. They kept me informed on what I needed to do with paperwork. They were in contact with social security on my behalf. I was approved for disability. I definitely recommend using this attorney to apply for social security disability. Don’t do it alone. ...

Highly recommend
