I would recommend Cuddigan Law to anybody seeking Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). I suffered a broken back in a motorcycle accident when I was 62 years old that left me with a neurogenic bladder and bowel. After almost 3 years of physical therapy and rehab, there was no improvement in ...the symptoms of my injury. I was still unable to return to full-time work in any capacity and sought out Cuddigan Law to help me file for SSDI. They were experienced and had in-depth knowledge of all the Social Security Administration’s (SSA’s) requirements from initial application through the multi-layered appeal journey. They had processes to lead me through this maze of government requirements to best shape and present my case for a successful determination. The impact of my injury on my ability to return to the full-time work force was not as evident as most injuries or sicknesses. The key to my successful determination was Ms. Schram’s knowledge of the SSA regulations and her ability to map my health issues to the specific elements of those regulations to clearly show I did not meet their own requirements to obtain full-time work. She articulately and aggressively presented these factors to a judge in my hearing that resulted in a Fully Favorable determination. I had a sort of running battle with the VA of claims, denials, and appeals, since the 70's. One day I happened to see the Cuddigan Law website for help to Vets with VA claims.
