Best experience ever.

Sara Spindler was my contact with Cuddigham Law. I can’t express how amazing she made this process. Very kind and available for any questions I had. Walking through disability approval can be a bit stressful. I am incredibly grateful that I have been approved! Thank you so very much Sara!!

Outstanding Experience for an otherwise Overwhelming Task

I became disabled last year and thought handling the process on my own would be simple enough. Wrong. I interviewed a couple different firms and was nervous when I heard Cuddigan didn’t take every case because they were my first choice. Then I figured they probably only take clients they know they ca...n help! So right. They always respond to phone calls and emails. They are so friendly and reassuring. They are the absolute gold standard in every way. I couldn’t have done it without their support and now I can rest easy that I’m only a few months with no denials or additional paperwork my SSDI was approved and now I can focus on my health and stop worrying about how I’m gonna make it through! So very grateful! Thank you.

Social Security Disability Claim....Great Success

I would recommend Cuddigan Law to anybody seeking Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). I suffered a broken back in a motorcycle accident when I was 62 years old that left me with a neurogenic bladder and bowel. After almost 3 years of physical therapy and rehab, there was no improvement in ...the symptoms of my injury. I was still unable to return to full-time work in any capacity and sought out Cuddigan Law to help me file for SSDI. My team, led by attorney Kimberly Schram and supported by legal assistants Ariana Parker and Audrey Besse, was superb. They were experienced and had in-depth knowledge of all the Social Security Administration’s (SSA’s) requirements from initial application through the multi-layered appeal journey. They had processes to lead me through this maze of government requirements to best shape and present my case for a successful determination. The impact of my injury on my ability to return to the full-time work force was not as evident as most injuries or sicknesses. The key to my successful determination was Ms. Schram’s knowledge of the SSA regulations and her ability to map my health issues to the specific elements of those regulations to clearly show I did not meet their own requirements to obtain full-time work. She articulately and aggressively presented these factors to a judge in my hearing that resulted in a Fully Favorable determination. I am grateful to Cuddigan Law and am confident I would not have obtained a favorable determination if not for their help.

Mr.

I had a sort of running battle with the VA of claims, denials, and appeals, since the 70's. One day I happened to see the Cuddigan Law website for help to Vets with VA claims. I liked the sound of what was on their site and decided that I would "give it one more shot," "before my checkout time." I c...alled and talked to Sean, Who said that he thought that I had a really good case. I asked him to take my case, which he did. Sean and his team explained all of the in and outs of VA law to me and went to work for me. They kept me updated on our progress, and in what seemed short time when dealing with the VA, they informed me that I was approved. My wife and I were extremely happy that Sean and his team got me approved, since I cannot work any more. My Great Grand Nephew was a marine that got wounded in Afghanistan And I advised him to contact Sean to get help with the VA. I would recommend any vet that needs help with the VA, to contact Sean and the cuddigan Law Group.

Caring and Professional

My wife was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and finding it more and more difficult to work. the Cuddigan's, Ms. Doeden and other staff members explained, in understandable terms, what each step of the application process consisted of. At a time when we were concerned about what was going to occur when ...she was no longer able to work, they gave us certainty in the form of a Social Security disability income and in 29 months will have Medicare insurance. Thank you Cuddigan Law Offices!
