Professional, personal, knowledgeable, communicative

After years of being at a 60% VA rating, with the possibility of having it decreased, and being denied any type of increase with another non lawyer agency, I was referred to Cuddigan law firm by another vet who got to 100%. Within 6 months, I got 3 increases, finally getting to 100% P&T. There’s no r...isk to the veteran. No increase on previously denied claims? ? No fee. They handle all of the hard stuff. You just have to make your appointments. They keep you informed with calls and emails. Michael was available and informative. Sean, the lawyer, personally calls and speaks with you WITHOUT charging you. If you’re on the fence or it’s time to make that move for that 100% rating, give them a call. They make it easy and they understand veterans and how the VA works. U appreciate their care, patience, and non-judgemental approach. Don’t wait! I should have called sooner.

Veterans Administration disability compensation case

Sean Cuddigan took my VA disability case years after I started pursuing my options with VSO’s and other sources of assistance. Although I ended up paying 20% of my back compensation as the legal fee as negotiated by law, it was worth it. Sean and his assistant Mike walked me through the exhaustive pr...ocess and was able to achieve what I could only dream about for years. It was a multi-step process that was worth every moment of guidance that Sean provided. I received a 100% rating from only 10% that I received working with another firm. Sean was able to help me to change my life and relieved me of the financial burden of the disability that I suffered so many years before during my military service.

Outstanding Results for my VA Claim!

Several years ago, I filed a claim with the VA that was denied because I had not included proof that I was currently receiving treatment for the issue. I did not follow through with providing the requested documentation. I decided to revisit the issue about 6 months ago. I decided to use Cuddigan Law... after find them online. An assistant contacted me and asked me lots of questions about existing issues that might have been related to my service in the Air Force. Then, I spoke with Sean Cuddigan. He not only submitted me for the original issue, but he recommended that I file for a couple of other health issues that I had not even considered. His office handled pretty much everything for me. All I had to do was fill out some paperwork and help get medical records. Two of the claims he submitted were approved within 6 months. His office did an excellent and thorough job resulting in an outstanding result for me and my family. I highly recommend that you consider using his office if you think you have an ongoing health issue in any way related to your military service. Because of a change in VA regulations around the time that he submitted my claim, he was actually not eligible to receive any compensation for doing the work on my claim. My wife and I thought it was appropriate to pay him because his work resulted in such a good result for us, but he refused any payment from us. I even offered to send him a "tip" for his work, but he said he would not be able to sleep at night if we did so. His ethics are impeccable and we highly recommend Cuddigan Law for your VA claim!

My experience....

I had been wanting to contact the VA to update my claim since it had been a few years, but didn't know for sure how do it. When I saw the ad for the Cuddingan Law office offering help for veterans, I decided to give them a try. Sean took my information and sent in my claim. I received notice from the... VA that they were working on my claim. I waited and waited and finally sent an e-mail and called Sean to see what the hold up was in the claim. As he explained to me, which I should have known, it takes the government quite a while to take action and for me to be patient. We had filed in November and in February I received my settlement. I contacted Sean and told him that I had the settlement and asked if he had received his commission. He stated that due to the type of claim, he was getting no commission, but that he was glad he could help me with my claim. I could not have been happier with the way I was treated by the firm. I had a very good experience.
