Social Security Disability Claim....Great Success

I would recommend Cuddigan Law to anybody seeking Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). I suffered a broken back in a motorcycle accident when I was 62 years old that left me with a neurogenic bladder and bowel. After almost 3 years of physical therapy and rehab, there was no improvement in ...the symptoms of my injury. I was still unable to return to full-time work in any capacity and sought out Cuddigan Law to help me file for SSDI. My team, led by attorney Kimberly Schram and supported by legal assistants Ariana Parker and Audrey Besse, was superb. They were experienced and had in-depth knowledge of all the Social Security Administration’s (SSA’s) requirements from initial application through the multi-layered appeal journey. They had processes to lead me through this maze of government requirements to best shape and present my case for a successful determination. The impact of my injury on my ability to return to the full-time work force was not as evident as most injuries or sicknesses. The key to my successful determination was Ms. Schram’s knowledge of the SSA regulations and her ability to map my health issues to the specific elements of those regulations to clearly show I did not meet their own requirements to obtain full-time work. She articulately and aggressively presented these factors to a judge in my hearing that resulted in a Fully Favorable determination. I am grateful to Cuddigan Law and am confident I would not have obtained a favorable determination if not for their help.

Mr.

I had a sort of running battle with the VA of claims, denials, and appeals, since the 70's. One day I happened to see the Cuddigan Law website for help to Vets with VA claims. I liked the sound of what was on their site and decided that I would "give it one more shot," "before my checkout time." I c...alled and talked to Sean, Who said that he thought that I had a really good case. I asked him to take my case, which he did. Sean and his team explained all of the in and outs of VA law to me and went to work for me. They kept me updated on our progress, and in what seemed short time when dealing with the VA, they informed me that I was approved. My wife and I were extremely happy that Sean and his team got me approved, since I cannot work any more. My Great Grand Nephew was a marine that got wounded in Afghanistan And I advised him to contact Sean to get help with the VA. I would recommend any vet that needs help with the VA, to contact Sean and the cuddigan Law Group.

Attorney Review

CUDDIGAN Sean took the time to listen to my situation thoroughly before being completely candid regarding the long and complicated road ahead of me when I filed for disability. I felt prepared and informed every step of the way and his staff was only a phone call away with prompt, courteous answe...rs to all of my questions. At my trial, Tim exhibited the preparedness, confidence and professionalism that only an experienced attorney can provide which resulted in winning my case. He called me personally to inform me of the outcome and patiently explained what I could expect going forward. I highly recommend Cuddigan Law and I am grateful for their dedication to my case.

Outstanding Results for my VA Claim!

Several years ago, I filed a claim with the VA that was denied because I had not included proof that I was currently receiving treatment for the issue. I did not follow through with providing the requested documentation. I decided to revisit the issue about 6 months ago. I decided to use Cuddigan Law... after find them online. An assistant contacted me and asked me lots of questions about existing issues that might have been related to my service in the Air Force. Then, I spoke with Sean Cuddigan. He not only submitted me for the original issue, but he recommended that I file for a couple of other health issues that I had not even considered. His office handled pretty much everything for me. All I had to do was fill out some paperwork and help get medical records. Two of the claims he submitted were approved within 6 months. His office did an excellent and thorough job resulting in an outstanding result for me and my family. I highly recommend that you consider using his office if you think you have an ongoing health issue in any way related to your military service. Because of a change in VA regulations around the time that he submitted my claim, he was actually not eligible to receive any compensation for doing the work on my claim. My wife and I thought it was appropriate to pay him because his work resulted in such a good result for us, but he refused any payment from us. I even offered to send him a "tip" for his work, but he said he would not be able to sleep at night if we did so. His ethics are impeccable and we highly recommend Cuddigan Law for your VA claim!
