I would recommend Cuddigan Law to anybody seeking Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). I suffered a broken back in a motorcycle accident when I was 62 years old that left me with a neurogenic bladder and bowel. After almost 3 years of physical therapy and rehab, there was no improvement in ...the symptoms of my injury. I was still unable to return to full-time work in any capacity and sought out Cuddigan Law to help me file for SSDI. I had a sort of running battle with the VA of claims, denials, and appeals, since the 70's. One day I happened to see the Cuddigan Law website for help to Vets with VA claims. Several years ago, I filed a claim with the VA that was denied because I had not included proof that I was currently receiving treatment for the issue. I did not follow through with providing the requested documentation. I decided to revisit the issue about 6 months ago. I decided to use Cuddigan Law... after find them online. An assistant contacted me and asked me lots of questions about existing issues that might have been related to my service in the Air Force. Then, I spoke with Sean Cuddigan.
