Mr.

I had a sort of running battle with the VA of claims, denials, and appeals, since the 70's. One day I happened to see the Cuddigan Law website for help to Vets with VA claims. I liked the sound of what was on their site and decided that I would "give it one more shot," "before my checkout time." I c...alled and talked to Sean, Who said that he thought that I had a really good case. I asked him to take my case, which he did. Sean and his team explained all of the in and outs of VA law to me and went to work for me. They kept me updated on our progress, and in what seemed short time when dealing with the VA, they informed me that I was approved. My wife and I were extremely happy that Sean and his team got me approved, since I cannot work any more. My Great Grand Nephew was a marine that got wounded in Afghanistan And I advised him to contact Sean to get help with the VA. I would recommend any vet that needs help with the VA, to contact Sean and the cuddigan Law Group.

Caring and Professional

My wife was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and finding it more and more difficult to work. the Cuddigan's, Ms. Doeden and other staff members explained, in understandable terms, what each step of the application process consisted of. At a time when we were concerned about what was going to occur when ...she was no longer able to work, they gave us certainty in the form of a Social Security disability income and in 29 months will have Medicare insurance. Thank you Cuddigan Law Offices!

Great Job

I would recommend this firm to anyone struggling with the process of Social Security. They listen and provide clear concise information throughout the entire process. I appreciate the attention to detail provided. Don't bother with the rest when you can be represented by the best.

Excellent to work with! Knows his stuff!

Team member, Joy, prepared all information for Social Security disability appeal before my first meeting with Sean. Sean explained appeal process fully and answered all my questions satisfactorily. By end of meeting, all information was organized and appeal ready to file. Both Sean and Joy were effec...tive, efficient, friendly, and professional. Was able to contact cuddigan law with questions and / or updates as needed, with prompt response always. With their help, I won my disability appeal, including back pay. I even received a follow-up phone call afterwards from Sean, to see if I had any further questions or needs. I highly recommend cuddigan law to anyone needing help with governmental benefits. They truly give lawyers a great name!
