Outstanding Results for my VA Claim!

Several years ago, I filed a claim with the VA that was denied because I had not included proof that I was currently receiving treatment for the issue. I did not follow through with providing the requested documentation. I decided to revisit the issue about 6 months ago. I decided to use Cuddigan Law... after find them online. An assistant contacted me and asked me lots of questions about existing issues that might have been related to my service in the Air Force. Then, I spoke with Sean Cuddigan. He not only submitted me for the original issue, but he recommended that I file for a couple of other health issues that I had not even considered. His office handled pretty much everything for me. All I had to do was fill out some paperwork and help get medical records. Two of the claims he submitted were approved within 6 months. His office did an excellent and thorough job resulting in an outstanding result for me and my family. I highly recommend that you consider using his office if you think you have an ongoing health issue in any way related to your military service. Because of a change in VA regulations around the time that he submitted my claim, he was actually not eligible to receive any compensation for doing the work on my claim. My wife and I thought it was appropriate to pay him because his work resulted in such a good result for us, but he refused any payment from us. I even offered to send him a "tip" for his work, but he said he would not be able to sleep at night if we did so. His ethics are impeccable and we highly recommend Cuddigan Law for your VA claim!

Veteran

To all the veterans trying to file a claim with the VA.,and or have been jammed in the process in the gigantic VA bureaucracy: do not give up, Never give up!, but honestly and unfortunately the VA makes so hard for us to get the VA benefits we deserve, so do not be alone on this and get the help of ...a professional Board Certify Attorney like Sean Cuddigan and his team of professional staff to assist you. They have really helped me stay the course, and most importantly, I have finally seen my appeals, claims, and ratings move along the system in prompt and positive way. I was bumped from 20% to 90% in a matter of months and its not over yet, our goal is 100%. Sean my family and I are very grateful with you and your staff.

Social security

Sean and his staff were very helpful. Sean took his time to explain all the steps to helping me apply for disability ! He is very knowledgable with the social security system and also the VA/military. He will be the first person I go to if I need help with either the Social security or the VA system...s again.

Sean D. Cuddigan

Hired Sean to assist with going through the VA system to receive VA claims on my disabilities. Unable to obtain through normal routes as dictated via local Veteran Service Officer. Sean was very helpful, but he also was not demanding in which direction to go; that decision was left up to you, we bot...h discussed the options and then I decided where to continue on. As a result I have been award 100% Unemployability due to my disability due to Sean help and guidance. He is easy to talk to. And He is very concerned with the client well being during the process.
