Helpful with liens

We hired Scott and the Wolfe Law Group to help perfect a lien. He has been very helpful with sorting through the complicated mess of lien laws. We trust him to consider our needs when taking each step in the process, such as writing a counter-offer. He has kept track of deadlines for us and made t...imely recommendations. He is responsive to our many questions on lien laws and often responds same day.

Excellent Attorney

Scott and his team are not only remarkably responsive (often same day!) but quite reasonable in their rates. They are knowledgeable about construction law and specifically lien laws which differ from state to state. Scott has a knack for explaining complex legalese in common every day speak. I alw...ays feel he has balanced, sound advice. He is a trusted guide through the maze. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Scott Wolfe & Team

I went to Scott and team to help legally set up my new business. Being a woman owned business in the state of Washington, I used Scott as I know I could trust him. I have also used Scott and team for matters as it relates to Home Owners Association and renter right issues, as well as research of tr...ademark and copyright. Scott is very trustworthy, responsive, knowledgeable, and most of all respectful. I highly recommend him.

Great products and team for an interesting industry...

Scott and his team really stepped up when we needed a unique solution in a challenging industry. We service the Big Banks and Investor Groups to rehab and preserve thousands of vacant & foreclosed properties across the country. The unique solution provided by Scott & team are giving both ownership ...and our lending partners a great deal of comfort knowing that we will be paid for our services. Their boutique approach to what others consider a commodity set them apart from their competitors and they make it easy to come back month after month. Thanks Scott and his team!

Completely Unsatisfactory Experience

Very unhappy with this attorney. I had the worst experience of my life. Would not recommend him to anyone, for any legal matters

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Scott Wolfe learned the ropes in the construction business from his family, and then he went to law school. Not surprisingly he decided to specialize in construction law. And, also not surprisingly, he excels in this practice area. But, Scott also brings something else to the table that might not be apparent to many people who don't get to work with him close up: he knows how to use technology. Before law school he learned how to create programs, so when I say 'he knows how to use technology' I mean that to an extreme degree. Scott is someone who seeks the innovative way to solve a problem or gain an advantage. His clients are very fortunate to have someone like him. And, beyond all of his business skills, he's also a really great guy."

"Scott's knowledge of the lien laws across the United States is not just impressive - it is shocking. You get the sense that he actually enjoys reading the archaic liens laws from across the 50 States (and he even finds ways to explain them and make them fun). He is a true asset to the field of construction law."

"I endorse this lawyer. We practice in different legal areas. I am a criminal defense lawyer in Wisconsin, but my wife is an engineer in construction and has seen how legal tangles can cause big problems. Scott knows this area of law inside and out. I would recommend putting him on retainer if you are a developer or contractor."

"Its hard to limit an endorsement of Scott Wolfe to 1000 characters. As a man/lawyer/entrepreneur he has been a mentor to myself and a leader in the legal field. Scott is a prototype of the modern lawyer. He is constantly on the cutting edge with technology, using tech in such a way that it makes practice more efficient and saves money for the client. As the founder of Wolfe Law Group he has been a major influence in the legal communities of both Seattle and New Orleans. As a boss and a friend he has shown me the ropes of how to practice. He is one of the most honest, hard working men I've had the pleasure to work with in my career. Scott's commitment to his clients is second to none. As an innovator he founded the nationwide lien marvel www.expresslien.com, which further shows his interest in cutting costs and increasing efficiency in the legal profession. His talents and skills as an attorney give his clients and edge in any dispute and he always gets results. How does he do it all?!?"

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
