Suspension Deferred With Probation issued in LA, 2012
updated on 11/23/2015
Suspension deferred means the attorney has been suspended, but that the suspension is placed on hold (and ultimately removed) if the attorney complies with certain requirements.
Seth's comment: “This was an unfortunate incident related to one of the first cases I ever handled as an attorney in 2004. I appreciate the outcome of the process and look forward to the future. My license was never suspended and I am not on probation nor have had any incidents before or after this situation.”
