Previously, Nate was the Assistant General Counsel - Levelset and Lien Rights Management at Procore, coming over via Procore's acquisition of Levelset, where he was the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel. Nate is a licensed attorney in Louisiana and Texas and a graduate of Stanford University (B.A.) and Tulane University School of Law (J.D.).
