Let me just say that I have never had a greater experience with lawyers' hands down I 100 percent recommend Colin and Sam they are the best of the best. My boyfriend was detained in Montana on his way back home to Nebraska he was facing 20+ years. Colin and Sam were so quick and easy to communicate w...ith any question I had they made sure I understood everything that was going on no matter what day or time it was. My boyfriend walked away with no jail time which was the greatest outcome we could have ever even imagined. I wanted to make sure I wrote a review because when I was looking for a lawyer in Montana from Nebraska reviews were all had to rely on and I want to make sure if anyone is in need of a lawyer, they know these guys are the best.

I highly recommend Sam Martin. I hired Sam as my defense lawyer and was impressed with how quickly he got up to speed on the issues in my case. Sam is experienced, crafty and smart. He made himself readily available to me and provided me with sound advice. Sam helped me to be able to make sure that I wasn't overly sentenced in my extensive legal court case spanning over a little more than 2 years, 5 attorneys, jail time, and sober living here in helena. He made sure that I was sentenced fairly and that I didnt end up in a situation to where the courts ...were able to come back and get me.for any other charges that may or may not have happened in between a long spanned out timeline. He is more than an amazing lawyer, he is a great guy with a very extensive knowledge of what to do and not do. And he will get right to the point of whatever is needing to be addressed in any situation that he specializes in with out a doubt in my mind. I am beyond grateful for mr. Martin and his expertise on the legal field. I wouldn't recommend any other legal advisor in the area as long as he is available as my choice. If you are thinking about needing a lawyer any time in the near future and Sam's particular set of skills fits the bill, I promise you that he is the guy you definetly want representing you and you won't be disappointed in the end result because he knows what he's doing that is a definite fact.
