When I was arrested for my Aggravated DUI, I was initially very distressed and pessimistic about what the outcome would be. It was my first run-in with the law (and the last; I will make sure of that). I had a very high BAC, and some other aspects of the case were not in my favor. The police collected a blood sample, so I knew the evidence against me was concrete. I found Colin on this site, saw his excellent reviews, as well as the fact that he had handled numerous DUI cases before. I gave him a call, and he was very friendly and generous with his time, speaking to me for about an hour. He was also very realistic about what I could expect, and he didn't recommend a trial, due to the physical evidence (blood sample) against me. After speaking with him, I felt very confident in his skills, so I hired him for my case. When I met with him in person, he spoke with me for over an hour and explained the potential outcomes of the case. He mentioned that the judge and prosecuting attorney would want me to take responsibility for my actions and demonstrate that I was serious about reforming my behavior. So that is exactly what I did, since I am serious about following the law. He gave me some ideas for what I could do to take responsibility, and I followed all of his recommendations as diligently as possible. At the hearing, we were able to improve the plea deal to a lower charge and greatly reduced penalties. The judge personally commended me for taking responsibility for my actions, which I really appreciated hearing. My plea deal was essentially the best-case scenario, and Colin's excellent advice and guidance helped me out tremendously. I am extremely grateful for Colin's service, and he earned every penny that I paid him. I am back on the right path, and I feel much better about life. Thank you, Colin!

Colin was an excellent attorney. We had a 1/2 hour consultation beforehand and he was very knowledgeable and realistic when it came to possible outcomes to the case.
