My wife and I were very frustrated with our tenants, they were behind on their rent and we could not get them to move. We found S. Blake Bratcher on line, and were impressed with the biography we read so we gave him a call; he was very professional and actually cared about our situation. I was surprised the first time I left a voice message and received a return call in less than 30 minutes. I was blown away when I found that to be the rule rather than the exception. I have called or messages at all times of the day and night and always received a timely response! Blake took care of everything; he became the liaison between us and the tenants, he represented us in court and we did not have to be there, he won our case. I recently received two violations that would result in points off my license. You never want to have that happen especially when your license is your livelyhood. Mr. Bratcher and his team were there from beginning to end and were able to get both violations dismissed. They were knowledgeable of the ...laws and the area in which the violations happened and were always available to answer any questions myself and even my spouse had.
