Reckless case

Very good and very professional. the outcome of the case was better than expected and always kept me updated on every step of the case. Will use again if I ever need a lawyer.

Driving on Suspended

I'm very grateful for Mr Hershey's legal assistance. He assisted with a hit & run that had no damage that was reduced to drivers improvement and drive on a suspended which was from a court fee oversight during a traffic stop for a failure to yield/stop which was thrown out. I felt very fortunate to ...have his help. I would highly recommend Mr Hershey to anyone, he's professional and very reliable. Can't thank him enough...

Grateful to Mr. Hershey

Mr. Hershey put me at ease immediately after my reckless driving charge over Thanksgiving. He clearly outlined with what I needed to completely on my end and provided me support throughout the process. He knew to get me started early on the driving course which put me ahead of the game. He was able t...o reduced my charge which I am indebted. Without it, I would have not been able to continue in my ob. I will always be grateful to him.

Reckless Driving Case

I received a 2nd reckless driving ticket in VA going 77 mph in a 55 mph zone and was deathly afraid of getting a license suspension. I called Fisher law firm and Ryan was the attorney who took my case. He assured me that he would be able to knock down the reckless ticket to speeding. He even mentione...d that my presence at court would be unnecessary, which was very convenient for me. Turns out he was able to knock down my reckless ticket to the lowest level of speeding. Ryan helped me and was always available for my calls and concerns and made me feel confident about the turn out.

Hit and Run

I want to thank Mr. Hershey so much for everything he has done for my case!! I was facing 6 months jail time and a suspended liscense! Thanks to his confidence, persistence and reassurance, I am able to be home today right after court and go pick up my precious son from school!! I also can put my ...future off of hold and when I apply for jobs, I won't have to worry about my record!! He was able to turn the misdemeanor into a minor moving violation, as well!! Before court was in session, he was able to meet with the commonwealth attorney and officer to discuss my case. What a relief it is to go into the courtroom knowing what your outcome is and knowing the outcome is superb!! Thank you Mr. Hershey for everything!!! What a complete relief, thanks to you!!
