Rolando Enrique Rodriguez

Unfortunately I have to report a negative experience with Mr Rodriguez. We were looking for a way to obtain an immigration visa and he suggested an L-1A visa. After sending him an advance payment of almost one half of his total fee and after he had us pay a business plan company and a business attorn...ey to set up a corporation in the US plus other fees (over $ 4,000 dollars in total), we found out through other reliable sources that we would never get an L-1A visa because our current company in Italy does not have the right structure to be approved for an L-1A visa. In the meantime, Rolando simply disappeared. Not only did he not actively work for us during the five months before we found out this very upsetting truth about the visa we were pursuing (which, again, was suggested by him), but I always had to send him e-mails to be updated on the progress, if any. After not hearing from him for four weeks (one month!), we found out that he no longer works with the law firm he used to work for. He never informed us about this and he just never got back to us up to now (one and half month as of right now). Unfortunately we wasted a whole lot of money and time, and most of all our hope to be able to move to the US was crushed and that’s the most upsetting thing of all.

Before meeting Mr Rolando I had meet with some attorneys who told me it was highly impossible. He was introduced to me by my lawyer friend and upon meeting with him he was very positive that i could adjust base on my case. He processed it in December 2013 and by march 2014 I got m employment authori...zation, social security and in june I got my schedule for the interview. He went ahead to prepare the document for my daughter's to join benefit. Though he is has 2 years of legal experience but very knowledgeable and full of empathy for his client. I regretted not meeting him since and great thanks to my friend if not i would have gone back as advised by my other Attorneys. I would highly recommend him on all immigration matters .

We came to the United States in 2010 and my mum had an approved i .30 from my Us citizen grand mum . The interview is scheduled already . He is also assisting us in the process of bringing my sisters and I am thankful to mr Rolando Rodriquez for changing my mum,s life and that of my sisters. I will recommend him to anyone that need any immigration issues or frustrated . He is humane, has been in the shoes and understands exactly what pain you are in and ready to help you whenever and wherever he can.
