I had a very frustrating issue with the IRS. For months on end I was kept in limbo due to their mistake. I almost lost hope when Barrett called me. Right from the start he was informative, knowledgeable and very patient and kind. While negotiating with the IRS his advice , expertise, kindness and... patience were priceless. He sorted out my issue and got me a better deal than I had before. I would recommend Barrett wholeheartedly. 5 stars is not enough

After my wife had gone through 3 accountants one CPA with no results, except getting promises that were not fulfilled and hundreds of wasted dollars for their fees we contacted Barrett Rodriguez concerning her IRS matter. Barrett not only answered his phone on a Sunday(I was shocked to find a tax att...orney that would take a call on a weekend) but was very polite and concerned with my wife's matter with the IRS. Every time we called Barrett he was available with helpful information and put us at ease. He personally handled my wife's issue and it was competently resolved thanks to Barrett's expertise and professionalism. I am a retired Chief Park Ranger from Northern California and I am very familiar with good customer service. Barrett is in a class all by himself.
