Robert is the President and Managing Partner of Brownstone Law.
His practice is 100% devoted to appellate representation, assisting clients on matters of federal appeals, state court appeals, writs, petitions, amicus curiae, regulatory and constitutional law.
He is licensed in every federal court of appeal in the nation, representing businesses and individuals before all federal courts of appeal and the U.S. Supreme Court. He believes in pride, passion, and the pursuit of winning the argument on appeal. He has handled thousands of cases and appeals including antitrust and medicare fraud.
Robert is the President and Managing Partner of Law Office of Robert Sirianni, P.A. Robert has over thirty jury trials in criminal law. He also has experience in contract and corporate law with a major law firm in Florida. While serving as a prosecutor and law clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice and the Solicitor General, he assisted attorneys by researching legal issues and drafting appellate briefs filed in the U.S. Supreme Court. Previous positions include in the White House with the George W. Bush Administration, U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Senate and the British House of Commons in England.
Robert received his B.A. from Emory University, his MBA from Rollins College and his J.D. from the University of Denver in Colorado.
A proud father and husband, his hobbies include athletics, reading philosophy, rugby, writing, sailing and classical music. His favorite author is Ayn Rand and favorite book is Atlas Shrugged.
