Robert Christian Malott

I randomly chose Mr. Malott from a couple of dozen solicitations I received in the mail shortly after being cited for a serious traffic offense by a State trooper in Chesterfield county. I really lucked out, and could not have been better represented. He carefully listed to my account during the in...take call, but didn’t stop there. He checked out the citation as it appeared in the court registry, then followed up with questions afterward. He made a number of recommendations which were expensive and time consuming to complete, but assured me they would favorably impact my court appearance. He also spoke directly with the offer who cited me, to make certain he had the whole story regarding the incident. After initially engaging him by phone, all our interactions were via email until the actual court date. He often responded during evening hours, and on weekends. He responded thoroughly anytime I had questions, and prepared me for what to expect on the court date. He met me in the courtroom, and conducted a private consultation in a separate room, to collect copies of the recommended paperwork I was to bring, and to discuss the general strategy for what was about to happen. He made a well -thought out presentation to the judge, and when he asked that the charge be dismissed, the judge readily agreed, having followed each well-thought out logicsl step as Mr. Malott layed out my case. Although he never led me to believe that this would be a likely outcome, it was clear that he knew how to handle the situation. I got the impression he was as happy with the disposition of my case as I was. If you need counsel deeply experienced in Chesterfield County, I highly suggest contacting Mr. Malott. I do not believe any more competent, hard-working representation could be had .

I contacted Mr. Mallott when I received a court summons for reckless driving after an accident in bad weather. I had found myself stuck with a speeding ticket in Virginia and I am originally from New York. The state of VA is ridiculous when it comes to speeding so do not go above 5 mph the cops give zero breaks and it's a misdemeanor for anything above 15 mph. I hired Robert to represent me in court as I live out of state he got the charge reduced no points and a small fine. Dont call anyone else he is... fair priced and very attentive to the case.
