I received advertising mail from 12-15 other lawyers from VA and after an exhaustive online search I found the most positive reviews on Mr. Malott. I called and explained how I received a charge of reckless driving in VA. He listened carefully to my situation and then advised of what options I had. H...e didn't make any outrageous promises but was open and honest about what would likely happen if he represented me in court. I hired Mr. Malott for a very reasonable price and ultimately the result was just as he had said - the courts reduced the charge!! Although I still had to pay a court fee it was MUCH less than the fine and penalty I would have had if convicted of the original charge. I will never put myself in this position again but for anyone that does end up needing a lawyer, I fully recommend Mr. Malott. My family and I are very appreciative of his services.

I contacted R. Christian Mallott along with several other lawyers once I realized that my speeding ticket actually was considered a misdemeanor instead of a regular traffic ticket. I received my ticket in Lawrenceville, VA while I was traveling. I am a resident of Georgia so I definitely did not wa...nt the hassle of traveling to Virginia just for a traffic ticket. He called me after court and told me he was able to get my reckless driving charge reduced to a defective equipment charge which meant no misdemeanor charge and no points on my license just as he promised. All I have to do is pay the court fine within 30 days of the court date and he sent me an email with all of the information on how I can do that. Mr Malott made this situation a lot easier and less stressful for me.
