40 year old workers comp case

Rob ,through the kindness of his heart, took on a 40 year old case, full of unresolved issues involving my husband and his on the job traumatic brain injury. We will forever be greatful for his knowledge and professionalism in dealing with this very difficult case. He gave us some closure after all ...these years and we are finally able to move forward with our lives. I would recomend Rob, without hesitation , for any job related issues.

Mr. Kinney is very relatable, professional, and compassionate.

Mr. Kinney is a professional. When I was overwhelmed by paperwork or unable to understand the jargon, he broke it down for me. I appreciated his knowledge, compassion, and humor.

Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism!

My husband and I found Robert Kinney through a roundabout referral, and knew almost immediately that it was a truly "happy accident". From the very beginning of my husband's unique legal situation, Rob Kinney was forthright, conscientious, well prepared and a dedicated advocate. He always returns ...calls promptly, does his research, and has a very wise, calming demeanor in dealing with clients. His professionalism both in and out of court is exemplary, and we give him our highest recommendation. As a retired Deputy District Attorney, I have dealt with hundreds of attorneys over the years, and feel very strongly that Rob Kinney is in that very top, small percentage of lawyers who genuinely and passionately work in the very best interests of those who need him.
