Biography
Dustin L. Van Dyk brings 17 years of experience litigating and trying cases on behalf of individuals harmed by others. His practice focuses on automobile accidents, wrongful death, and medical malpractice, including a landmark 2024 victory before the Kansas Supreme Court that reshaped how insurance claims are handled statewide.
