I hired Reshma Kamath in July 2024 to represent me in a civil appeal. She claimed she could not access the court website, though I had no issues. She also had trouble accessing my Google Drive with case documents, which others accessed without difficulty. Despite repeated requests, she refused to me...et via phone or Zoom to resolve these issues. Reshma Kamath prepared an appeal brief that contained numerous factual errors, despite my having already prepared a version myself for her reference. I requested that she correct these inaccuracies, but she failed to communicate effectively or make the necessary revisions. She urged me to submit the flawed document on my own, despite the fact that attorneys are responsible for filing documents on behalf of their clients. Additionally, she was unable to find the deadline for submitting the brief. Although I provided her with the court office’s phone number, she claimed the office was closed, while I was able to contact them on the same day without issue. Due to these issues, we agreed to end the attorney-client relationship near deadline, but she has refused to refund the payment I prepaid her with the full amount. Have to file complaints to get my money back. She was the most unprofessional attorney I have ever met.

When the county came after me because of animus by this Compliance officer with a history of hatred towards me, Ms Kamath came to my aid. I hired two attorneys at the onset of this Problem, the other attorney took a huge retainer and worked for the county against me. Ms. Kamath has been there warn...ing me in the very beginning of how the other attorney felt that I had not given her enough money to work for me. Sabotage and keeping Ms. Kamath in the dark, she finally left me alone and Ms. Kamath took charge working for me and showing her skill in fighting for me against a Goliath of the county and their high priced attorneys. It amazes me how low the county has gone, deception to out right lies and still Ms. Kamath has stood with me, fighting with a skill and determination I have never seen from any attorney in my entire life. My life as an activist and spiritual practitioner has always had the dark side rear its head forcing me to hire attorneys to stand up for my rights. Unfortunately the vast majority of attorneys only want that Up Front Retainer money and rarely do what they promise. Ms. Kamath is the exception and does what her oath as a lawyer compels her to do, she stands for and fights for, her client. Very competent and well versed in law, researching every aspect and giving excellent advice. Our Justice system is full of those who only serve themselves and the jurisprudence for the judges they golf with and pal around with, look at our supreme court and the joke it is now. The difference is extreme, caring and doing what best serves me, her client, not her placating a judge, or the other sides attorney. Ms. Kamath is the very best Attorney I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and helping me with my problems. She does not give up, or let berating judges stop her from serving her client. Ms. Kamath is the Best in the West and I say that from my experience with the most expensive and highest "rated" who literally are thieves doing nothing more than taking my money with promises they never intended to live up to.

I've had the pleasure of working with Reshma in a number of cases for more than 2 years. I can tell you, I have not met a harder working attorney anywhere. She's someone who fights hard, but also knows when to recommend a reasonable settlement. She tries to help people who've had a "raw deal" (especi...ally minorities and women who may not be treated fairly in our system or experience discrimination). Her fees are generally lower than or comparable to most attorneys in her area, and are worth it because of the effort she puts into her cases. I'm glad she's on my side!

This lawyer does not keep her agreements. Made a fee agreement and she said it never existed. But I had it in writing. Hired for and in person deposition and she never showed up at court the day of the deposition, instead called me at 6 in the morning and wanted to do it by remote, which was not what... the retainer agreement said. She then made many unfounded slanderous accusations . beware beware...
