Amber Huang or Ye Huang is the worst client I have ever encountered. Unprofessional is an understatement for this woman. Amber has conned many-a-tenants. As a landlord turned con-artist, she has lured tenants and doesn't honor her lesse agreements/city codes. Amber prepared NO brief. One of the laziest clients, does NO WORK, pesters only in the evenings constantly through text-messages, even after I had repeatedly requested NOT to send counsel such messages and to communicate substantively via e-mail. Amber has changed so many attorneys - not one attorney can work with her. I pitied Amber's situation because no attorney would work with Amber. Then, I prepared an excellent brief in June 2024. Until September 2024, Amber sat there doing nothing. Neither would she file the brief timely, nor would she seek any extension to file the brief based on my legal advice. (Amber never red-lined even once). Amber's comments have so many defamatory fallacies. I may even sue her. Not one day, after I had requested to red-line, did Amber Huang write one edit. Amber only pestered and badgered via text-message about irrelevant issues. Amber cannot uphold her bargain as a client. No attorney should work with Amber. She started this trick on Avvo the second week after she retained me saying I thought you don't care what people think about you. Then she smirked and deleted it. Such horrible clients I should be aware of as counsel. Not accepting any more third-rate clients like this again right after I sense in the beginning the mental issues they bring forth in the case.
