I was seeking an attorney to represent me involving a book publishing scam. The scammer listed his address in San Francisco, his company was based in NY, and I live in TX. So, I focused on these 3 states to potentially represent me. Ms. Reshma Kamath was the only attorney who responded to my case,... so I hired her. Her office is located in Oakland, CA. The defendants are cagey and elusive, having been already a year since the complaint was submitted, but she is determined to serve the appropriate documents so that they have their day in court to respond to the formal accusations. She is persistent and determined to bring the defendants to justice. Her fees are reasonable, and she communicates daily on all activities as they unfold. I highly recommend you seek her legal services if you are wrestling with how to deal with a scam incident that is troubling you.

I worked with her in 2022. I don't know how much she's changed but she was amazing. A true litigator who knows her way around court. Needless to say we won, and she helped enormously with things. Granted, she can be a typical lawyer that you have to keep your eye on at all times and monitor everythin...g she does but that's the price we pay for suing other people: lawyers take advantage and always have, she's no exception. That being the standard she's great. I think the recent news and reviews reflects something else (I think its just start up phase "businesses grow through that kind of thing all the time). I'm about to try her on something new; we'll see how it goes.

I received counsel Reshma's service through a referral. So the service was rendered after the Discovery was done. Counsel Reshma was knowledgeable in her field, but since she was hired after Discovery paperwork was done, there was more work that I had to perform in order to assist her to get an over...all picture of the case. Based on what I've gone through with my case, I wished I could have worked with her from the very beginning to give a more thorough review. On a positive note, she accepted a flat fee.

garbage attorney. just google her name; reshma kamath has been disbarred by NDCal (undisputable), took three years from graduating law school to get barred in california (undisputable), and charges $100 dollars for a 30 minute phone consultation that most other lawyers wouldn't even charge for. reddi...t posts abound about how no one should retain her as an attorney. find someone else i promise

I hired Reshma Kamath in July 2024 to represent me in a civil appeal. She claimed she could not access the court website, though I had no issues. She also had trouble accessing my Google Drive with case documents, which others accessed without difficulty. Despite repeated requests, she refused to me...et via phone or Zoom to resolve these issues. Reshma Kamath prepared an appeal brief that contained numerous factual errors, despite my having already prepared a version myself for her reference. I requested that she correct these inaccuracies, but she failed to communicate effectively or make the necessary revisions. She urged me to submit the flawed document on my own, despite the fact that attorneys are responsible for filing documents on behalf of their clients. Additionally, she was unable to find the deadline for submitting the brief. Although I provided her with the court office’s phone number, she claimed the office was closed, while I was able to contact them on the same day without issue. Due to these issues, we agreed to end the attorney-client relationship near deadline, but she has refused to refund the payment I prepaid her with the full amount. Have to file complaints to get my money back. She was the most unprofessional attorney I have ever met.
