I recognize this nasty person. Initially, this guy faked his name to me pretending he was a different person with a Latin-American last name (but he wasn't). His Mexican girlfriend and him (White guy) are duping some Latina senior-citizen, relative of his gf. I remember that he would NOT pay in full prior to work per the retainer agreement. Even then, I was waiting for two hours for the deposition and neither the gf nor him were a show. They somehow fraudulently got a default against this old grandma lady and have cornered the judge Pro White Pennypacker into believing them. Guess what the old grandma is Latin-American and her lawyer now is Latin-American. Even then, the judge Pennypacker has not set aside default and is proceeding to terminating sanctions. This Judge Pennypacker has made vile comments to more brown and tan attorneys who're non-White. This horrid commenter is great at making up stories. Basically, you want an attorney to work for you and see that they are doing excellent work, then you should pay per the retainer agreement. I had a feeling something was odd and with consent, recorded every practice and strategy call with them. I knew they would blame me later. I was a 100% right.
