Excellent strategic insight

I cannot say enough good things about Rejeanne Eyre and her team. I worked with them on a high-stakes, time-sensitive family law matter where the situation could change quickly and the “right” next step wasn’t always obvious in the moment. From the beginning, Rejeanne was consistently professional, c...alm, and exceptionally responsive, which mattered more than I can explain when stress is high and deadlines are real. Her responsiveness really set her apart, especially around urgent filings and ex parte requests. There were multiple times I needed guidance and action on very short notice, and she moved fast without undermining quality or judgment. She was always focused immediately on what the court would actually need, and turned that into clear, practical next steps. That reliability took a huge amount of pressure off me. Rejeanne’s strategic instincts are excellent. She quickly identified what truly mattered versus what was noise, anticipated issues before they became problems, and helped me make decisions with a clear understanding of risk, tradeoffs, and timing. I appreciated that she was both decisive and thoughtful: she knew when to be aggressive, when to be measured, and how to keep the case aligned with the bigger objective rather than getting pulled into distractions. When things felt overwhelming, she stayed composed and solution-oriented, and that steadiness helped me stay grounded and focused. I also want to recognize the strength of her team. Her paralegal, Amishaa Kumar, was great: organized, responsive, and genuinely helpful in keeping things moving and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. And I’m especially grateful for Monica William, Esq., who stepped in and represented me on short notice and did an amazing job. Having that kind of backup and continuity gave me peace of mind. On a personal level, I appreciated how Rejeanne communicated. She explained things in ways I understood, set realistic expectations, and made sure I understood what she was doing and why. She was direct when she needed to be, but never dismissive. I always felt like she had a firm grasp of the record and the procedural posture, and that she was thinking several steps ahead. I have no complaints at all, which is rare for me. I’m genuinely grateful for Rejeanne and her team, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs strong representation in a family law matter.

I have serious reservations about her competence and ethical conduct

she was my former attorney, and I fired her after acted against my will three time on the same issue. I have serious reservations about her competence and ethical conduct: 1. She ignored and acted against my will not once, not twice, but three times on the same issue. I didn’t feel like I was respe...cted at all. She failed to communicate her strategy and get my consent, which I think is to the purpose of maximizing her billing hours. 2. Her oversight delayed my case for a month. I told her the other party’s translation was not done by a court-certified translator twice, one time via phone, one time via email. she just ignored it. When the judge asked her if she knew that, she said she didn’t. I don’t know if she perjured herself or she didn’t remember. The result is that I had to wait a month for the other party to get the translation done by court-certified translator. 3. I believe Ms. Eyre knew the court wouldn't grant spousal support and attorney's fee while the jurisdiction hasn't been determined, the best option for me was to continue the hearing until the jurisdiction is determined. But instead she deliberately found a case law that’s obviously irrelevant to jurisdiction and pretended that I had a chance so that she could argue in court to maximize her billing hours. In re Marriage of Knox, 83 Cal.App.5th 15 (2022), the case law she used, has no bearing on jurisdiction. I think this action resulted in a Breach of Duty. If she argues that that’s not her intention, then she is incompetent to see that the case law had no bearing on jurisdiction. I consulted multiple lawyers, they all told me every lawyer knows the court wouldn't grant any financial relief while the jurisdiction hasn't been determined, this is taught in the first year of law school I felt deeply wronged upon learning this. I knew lawyers could be greedy, but I thought she'd go easy on me because I told her I couldn’t get a job due to my immigrant status and had taken a loan to fund the lawsuit. I strongly advise against considering her for your legal needs.

Theres just no lawyer like the dedicated, determined, empathetic yet realistic lawyer that Rejeanne Eyre is.

Not only did Rejeanne Eyre save both my and my child's life, but she aided in the delivery of us getting us a clean slate to start life over free from worry, torment and abuse. Upon meeting Rejeanne, she instantly sprung into action helping me coordinate a 1 yr TRO and the ability to legally (and saf...ely) flee the state from domestic violence with a toddler, resulting in securing sole custody. Throughout this 4yr long battle, she has shown her dedication and commitment ten fold in our case. She has always made herself available, has gone above and beyond in making sure my minor child was heard when no one was listening to him state the violence and law enforcement he had been subjected to while in fathers care. The other party however has not made this easy on Rejeanne or on her team, still, her and her paralegal Brandi work tirelessly to help us achieve and shine light on the truths of our case, to counter the other parties lies, slander, intimidation and manipulation of court fillings. Brandi, as Rejanne's paralegal, has swiftly and quickly assisted in emergency request orders, found to be successful in this case. I have never felt so confident and secure in the care that Rejeanne has attributed to us, and I will forever be grateful for the gift of freedom she's blessed us with. No matter what the cost, I would work myself to the bone day in & day out for the rest of my life to ensure I have her and her team in my corner helping defend me and keep a hold on all that we have overcome. My minor child has now been able to be enrolled in play therapy, as well as I in intensive trauma therapy, and I rest assured that one day we will fully recover and thrive in this life as the beautiful survivors that we are. Throughout it all, I know it would have never been possible without the expertise of Ms Rejeanne Eyre. Thank you Rejeanne, for giving me my life back so I can give my child the life he deserves and properly teach him just what it takes, to be a good human.

Amazing attorney who knows what she's talking about!

I was overwhelmed with choices for a family law attorney and luckily was able to ask for recommendations and all of them recommended Rejeanne. I was told to look for someone who who is a certified specialist in family law, and she also came up on the list. We spoke and she gave me information and ans...wered my general questions without that push other lawyers had made to meet/pay them. She is fair, knowledgeable and will guide you through the legal matter you're involved in. She gave me a fair appraisal of what my situation looked like and gave past experiences on how similar cases turned out which made me feel more reassured. When i'd have moments of panic, she'd calm me down by using her knowledge of the law. She's calm, collected, and knows what she's talking about. Overall, amazing. If you want someone with experience and is good at what they do, go with Rejeanne Eyre.

Cilent of Rejeanne Eyre

Based on her interaction with me I found her to be truthful and knowledgeable. Rejeanne would listen to my input and apply it to my case. Her staff was very attentive to my inquires and kept me inform as the divorce progressed. However this case has gone on far to long. Filed in December of 2011 and ...still have no resolution. This was not really a complicated case it was the respondents attorney who in my opinion was not very knowledgeable which prolonged this case. Hopefully soon I will see the light at the end of the tunnel in a favorable resolution. In preparing her written closing argument she touched on all subjects and was precise in referencing case law

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Rejeanne is my go-to lawyer on family law cases. Often, my criminal practice, which includes restraining orders, has cross-over into family law, and I only work with or refer cases to Rejeanne. Having worked in family law or crossed-over because of my criminal practice over the past 3-4 years, I found many family law attorneys to be dishonest, unethical, and greedy. Billing was their only goal. Rejeanne was like a light in the family law darkness hell - she is straightforward, honest, ethical, and very intelligent. She doesn't do unnecessary work to pad the bill and she truly looks out for the best interest of her clients. She is a Family law expert, as identified by the State Bar, evincing her extensive knowledge of the law that clearly exceeds her adversaries in court. I moved away from practicing family law and now she handles any family law issues that arise for my clients. I wholeheartedly endorse Rejeanne for family law matters."
