You cant find a better defender for the average guy out there than Ray. Had problem after using credit cards for school, creditors put a levy on my lil savings and I went running to Ray when I found him online. He was God sent. He got my account released the very next day before he even asked me more... questions about my case and what my options were. The rest was just the peace of mind with him that you cant put a price on. Mr. Raymond Ragues, Is an excellent listener, he listened to my case and gave me great advice to move forward to the next court date. I am a loving father and was being treated unfairly by the court, I was very run down and confused. This is by far the most unprofessional, unethical, law firm in New York City. My case has been more of a nightmare every since I hired this firm. It's nearly impossible getting someone on the phone to answer simple questions, especially since they're already paid for the services. They offer very aff...ordable rates, however, you do get what you pay for. If I had a chance to do it over again, I would run from this firm. I filed a simple Chapter 7 case in August. It's now January of the following year and my case still remains open, and i'm stuck with unanswered questions, and countless voicemail messages.

Mr. Ragues took my retainer and never followed trough with filing my divorce. He never filed papers, refuses to answer calls or emails. Office claims he is never in the office. He has been reported to the BBB and the Dept of Disciplinary Committee. Do NOT hire this man. He is a scam artist and preys ...on low income and disabled individuals.
