BANKRUPTCY

When I became overwhelmed with debts, I thought of the way-out. I decided to file for bankruptcy. I called a few Attorneys whose names I found on the net. Some didnt answer, some didnt call me back until days later. I found Raymond name and number online. I called him. He started on my case immediat...ely. He used technology to collect and sign my papers thus eliminating delays. The fee was and payment plan were convenient. The way he talked to me was with passion. He appeared with me at the court. He was transparent and professional. If you need legal representation, I recommend Raymond to you. He was that good Thank you Ray. My financial has become better due toyour help. Albert A. RN. Unprofessional and unethical

He was hired to handle a simple law suit. He does not return phone calls and not the court case is in an inactive status as he has failed to file the necessary paperwork with the courts. This matter has dragged on for the better part of 10 years due to his inefficiencies.

Bankruptcy

My husband and I reviewed lawyers over the web. We decided on Ray because of the balance of clients he works with. We knew from that that he would work hard. And he did. From the moment we hired him within one week our bankruptcy was filed. A chapter 7 due to the horrible handling of a major ban...k's mortgage fiasco in another state. Ray worked with our attorney in that state and filed the bankruptcy before the sheriff's sale of our home. We were scared and didn't know what would happen. Everything Ray said to us was complete and true. He walked us through the entire process. We hadn't even met him. The day of our bankruptcy hearing we met Ray for the first time. He was on time, professional and comforting. We walked out of there basically debt free on a chapter 7. Our discharge came 60 days later. He and the court gave us a fresh start. We would recommend him and have to our family and friends.

Fabulous & Great

When a person hires another, they have to understand the entire scope of their problem and the entity they are hiring. I'm shocked and appalled to read some of the negative comments posted here. Mr Ragues is not a 10 member firm. He is a small firm. As such, his fees are much more affordable.... Since he does most of the actual lawyering himself, it becomes a waste of time to communicate FOR NO REASON. People may like to talk and waste time... But an ATTY like Mr Ragues cannot afford to chat. He responds when he has a bonafide reason to do so. With my specific case, he ALWAYS GOT IT DONE when certain targets required him to do so. Leave him alone and let him do his job.. BTW, Mr Ragues doesn't charge by the hour! Bottom line.... HE WON MY CASE. I won it thanks to the hard work by Mr Ragues.... WHEN IT COUNTED. If you want to talk, talk, talk, go hire a 10 lawyer firm. By the way, they'll bill you every time they talk to you, even if it's about nothing important.

Very Dissatisfied Client

This is by far the most unprofessional, unethical, law firm in New York City. My case has been more of a nightmare every since I hired this firm. It's nearly impossible getting someone on the phone to answer simple questions, especially since they're already paid for the services. They offer very aff...ordable rates, however, you do get what you pay for. If I had a chance to do it over again, I would run from this firm. I filed a simple Chapter 7 case in August. It's now January of the following year and my case still remains open, and i'm stuck with unanswered questions, and countless voicemail messages.
