My daughter was hit by a car on her way to school. She was taken by ambulance to the hospital where surgery was performed and an external fixator was placed on her leg. I was told that her leg would need to be amputated. I didn't know what to do. I called Mr. Ragues who advised me to take her out... of that hospital. He told me to give the billing department my car insurance info so that they could get an ambulance to move her to another hospital. My insurance was charged, but they were later reimbursed. The insurance company of the car that struck my daughter paid for everything. She had plastic surgery after the external fixator was removed. I paid nothing. My insurance company paid nothing since they were reimbursed. Before my daughter had fully recovered, we went to court to settle the case. My daughter received the driver's entire insurance policy. We're very satisfied with the outcome and I think Mr. Ragues is the best and most honest lawyer I've ever met. I would recommend him to anyone. I am extremely satisfied.

Mr. Raymond Ragues, Is an excellent listener, he listened to my case and gave me great advice to move forward to the next court date. I am a loving father and was being treated unfairly by the court, I was very run down and confused. This is by far the most unprofessional, unethical, law firm in New York City. My case has been more of a nightmare every since I hired this firm. It's nearly impossible getting someone on the phone to answer simple questions, especially since they're already paid for the services. They offer very aff...ordable rates, however, you do get what you pay for. If I had a chance to do it over again, I would run from this firm. I filed a simple Chapter 7 case in August. It's now January of the following year and my case still remains open, and i'm stuck with unanswered questions, and countless voicemail messages.
