Raymond Ragues

My daughter was hit by a car on her way to school. She was taken by ambulance to the hospital where surgery was performed and an external fixator was placed on her leg. I was told that her leg would need to be amputated. I didn't know what to do. I called Mr. Ragues who advised me to take her out... of that hospital. He told me to give the billing department my car insurance info so that they could get an ambulance to move her to another hospital. My insurance was charged, but they were later reimbursed. The insurance company of the car that struck my daughter paid for everything. She had plastic surgery after the external fixator was removed. I paid nothing. My insurance company paid nothing since they were reimbursed. Before my daughter had fully recovered, we went to court to settle the case. My daughter received the driver's entire insurance policy. We're very satisfied with the outcome and I think Mr. Ragues is the best and most honest lawyer I've ever met. I would recommend him to anyone. I am extremely satisfied.

You cant find a better defender for the average guy out there than Ray. Had problem after using credit cards for school, creditors put a levy on my lil savings and I went running to Ray when I found him online. He was God sent. He got my account released the very next day before he even asked me more... questions about my case and what my options were. When a person hires another, they have to understand the entire scope of their problem and the entity they are hiring. I'm shocked and appalled to read some of the negative comments posted here. Mr Ragues is not a 10 member firm. He is a small firm. As such, his fees are much more affordable.... Since he does most of the actual lawyering himself, it becomes a waste of time to communicate FOR NO REASON. People may like to talk and waste time... But an ATTY like Mr Ragues cannot afford to chat. He responds when he has a bonafide reason to do so. With my specific case, he ALWAYS GOT IT DONE when certain targets required him to do so. Leave him alone and let him do his job.. BTW, Mr Ragues doesn't charge by the hour! Bottom line.... HE WON MY CASE. I won it thanks to the hard work by Mr Ragues.... WHEN IT COUNTED. If you want to talk, talk, talk, go hire a 10 lawyer firm. By the way, they'll bill you every time they talk to you, even if it's about nothing important.
