Kamilah Holder

Kamilah M. Holder is an Intellectual Property, Business and Entertainment attorney with over a decade of experience in the legal field. Ms. Holder is responsible for managing a diverse caseload of IP and Business matters for individuals, corporate and entertainment clients. Her representative industries include retail/wholesale jewelry and clothing, photography, entertainment, media, financial, corporate and technology startups. Her duties range from prosecuting and maintaining domestic trademarks and copyrights, negotiating and drafting contracts and advising on and improving brand identity.

Before starting her own practice, Ms. Holder worked at the New York office of Thelen LLP, a distinguished international law firm, where she drafted agreements on behalf of developers, contractors and design professionals.

Ms. Holder also worked at a notable boutique law firm, The PLK Law Group, P.C., specializing in Intellectual Property, Business and Entertainment law.

Ms. Holder is a graduate of New York Law School and a cum laude graduate of Eastern Michigan University. Ms. Holder is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. She is also a Mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters NYC organization.
