As a father being involved in a custody battle, Mrs. Hunter belonged to the first lawyer who was not interested in my money alone but showed sincere empathy and walked her talk. Her thorough explanations helped me not only to navigate and to understand the legal implications but also to choose the most promising route for my children and me. She is also experienced as an appellate attorney.

I reached out to Rachel to seek advice and input on my options for potential debt liquidation or bankruptcy. She was immediately responsive and beyond thorough. I could not have been more impressed or grateful for her help, and she absolutely knows her stuff. If I ever get in trouble with debt again (let's hope not!), I'm going back to her.

I contacted Ms. Hunter regarding what I considered to be a deceptive if not outright fraudulent merchant I had the misfortune of conducting business with. Her responses to my questions showed exceptional clarity of thought and knowledge of the legal options available to me, and she was extremely thorough and generous with her expertise. She offered up the pros and cons of each option and was straightforward in her assessments. I highly recommend Rachel Hunter.

Attorney Hunter helped me and my husband with a judgment that we desired to pay but could not. We met with her in person and she reviewed our case and patiently went over the whole forms explaining how we should best complete them. She then reviewed all our paperwork once we filled it out. I was really stressed and nervous about the whole situation and I had lots of questions. Attorney Hunter was extremely patient and wrote me long detailed answers to my questions and reassured me that all would be ok. She also answered all my phone calls quickly. Our paperwork was accepted and now we are saving for a settlement and get this over with once and for all. I was very grateful for the kind and compassionate care of Mrs. Hunter and how generous she was with her time and advice. I highly recommend this attorney. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and affordable. She made a difficult situation easier to bear. Thank you, Mrs. Hunter!

Ms. Hunter advised as to how to file $5,000 constitutional exemption from Judgment creditors in Fulton County Ga. Her Petition sailed through when I filed it. She did not charge me as I'm senior on SS. Unique lady in this day and age.

A brilliant atty who leaves no stone unturned. Knowledgable in her specialties, she negotiated with a huge bank for us in a short sale final balance due for 18% of what the bank wanted and it would not negotiate with me. There were many mitigating circumstances. She referred me to an atty in my state to ascertain my situation within the existing parameters of my state's laws; the consultation was lengthy and informative and cost me only $50. Her initial letter to the bank was so powerful, that it brought immediate response from its atty. when I could get no one in any department to answer me.
The banks are dishonest and played a great part in the economic collapse we are still immersed in. Rachel is a champion of righting those wrongs and her mission is helping Americans who have been hurt by banking villains. Furthermore, Ms. Hunter was able to negotiate a notification to credit bureaus of a change in status of how the bank reported the circumstances of my short sale. We are most fortunate to have found Rachel Lea Hunter, Atty.
