Anna Farley Foster

Dina Foster is a family law attorney and certified Florida family mediator. She is experienced in handling all matters relating to divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, adoption, property division and prenuptial agreements. Dina is trained in Parenting Coordination as well as Collaborative Practice which provide problem-solving alternatives for divorce and custody litigation. Dina also practices in the area of Wills, Probate and Probate/Trust litigation. She is a member of the Family and Elder law sections of the Florida Bar.

Dina donates pro bono services to the Legal Aid Foundation and Legal Services of North Florida. She received the Volunteer of the Year Award for the Legal Aid Foundation of Florida Thunderdome program in 2016. She participated in the Dancing with the Stars two consecutive years for Legal Services of North Florida.

Prior to moving to Florida in 2013, Dina was appointed by the Governor of North Carolina to the District Court bench where she presided over all family and domestic relations cases for more than 14 years. She founded a truancy court in her judicial district and helped create court services for substance abuse and mental health treatment. Dina was also presented with the Order of the Old North State by the Governor of North Carolina, in recognition of her services to families and children as a District Court Judge in the State.

Dina received her B.A. from the University of the South and her Juris Doctorate from Mercer University. Dina began her legal career in North Carolina as a private attorney and concentrated her practice on family and juvenile law matters. She became a N.C. state prosecutor and prosecuted crimes against children.

Dina is currently licensed in North Carolina and Florida.

She resides in Tallahassee with her husband and children.
