Well-versed in how insurance companies evaluate an injured parties' claim, what tactics are used to try and minimize the payout, and their negotiation tactics. I now use that knowledge and experience to represent individuals injured by the negligent acts or omissions of others. I am an accomplished trial attorney, and have handled, settled and/or tried hundreds of cases involving: car and trucking accident cases; catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims; premises liability cases such as slip and falls and negligent security;, dog bites; dram shop/DUI liability;products liability; and general business litigation.
Having spent 11 years representing the interests of insurance companies and their insureds, I now use my knowledge and experience to benefit, and protect the rights of, individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others.
