I hired and was extremely happy with Peter Taylor as my Lawyer. Very knowledgable of all the encompassing laws of the employment and labor realm. Sighted case law in a way for his clients to understand. He negotiated my wrongful termination suit with a large well known company, and was able to g...et me a very fair settlement. Two Employment Issues.

I have hired Mr. Taylor, twice, for serious issues with past employers, one I was an employee of, the other I had a written contract with. In both cases, I felt he went to bat for me in both my cases, advising me of progress, and explaining various procedural options I may decide ...on for my own best satisfaction. with no guarantee of exact results, as it is a negotiation process based on evidences presented by both parties, and the final option of accepting an agreed upon settlement, or moving into a full blown court lawsuit. The first case involved nonpayment of some commissions, with contracts sold, and payroll records, it was pretty cut and dried, I was cheated. The second case involved harassment of myself, by my employer to get me out of a lucrative employment contract, a more subtle and complicated kind of problem, Mr. Taylor did all he could, he was quite knowledgeable, and obviously had handle many employment issues, and always courteous and professional with me, advised me of what he could do in the future and why, and accepted my decisions to how I wanted him to proceed, after discussing his explanations of laws, regulations and the particulars of my case. I always felt, he did his best to look out for my interests, while at the same time explaining to me that I was not treated properly under the law and employment regulation, and did deserve compensation for the wrongs I endured, the paths available to me to receive that compensation were well layed out for me by Mr. Taylor, and my decision was the factor determining how he proceeded. I am satisfied with his performance as an experienced employment law attorney, and have no negative issues with his performance for either of my employment issues I required legal assistance with. I am glad I contacted this attorney.
