I hired Payal for my divorce case. When I first spoke to her on phone, she had told me that she would be able to guide and execute my case well. However, after I submitted my fees, it was nothing but extremely bad experience. She never returned my calls, answered my texts or responded to emails. I ha...d to just keep trying to reach her for days/weeks before getting any reply from her. She never prepared for my case and neither paid any attention to details. After wasting a lot of time, I had to move the case to another attorney. I was not surprised when she took weeks to transfer my paperwork to the new attorney. Even my new attorney mentioned that she does not respond to the calls or emails. I really wish I had not wasted so much of time, energy and money with her. I would never recommend her to anyone!

Payal seemed like a nice and professional attorney when I met her but once I gave her the case, it was just downhill from there. She never followed up on anything. She took my money but never did any work for me. It took me months to get my money back from her. I filed a complaint through the state... bar of texas. Never recommend Payal Jethva as your attorney. She does a HORRIBLE AND DISAPPOINTING job.

Let me get straight to the point, if you want an affordable lawyer that will work hard and get you a great result, hire Payal. I really do not know what this person below me is talking about. Payal called me numerous times to check up and remind of stuff I had to do. Anytime I had a questions I co...uld either text or call her and she would reply, usually right then and there. There is a reason why most of her reviews are great and 1 review that is not. Take it from me.. HIRE HER, you will not be sorry.
