Attorney Payal Jethva graduated in 2008 with honors from Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law at the age of 22. As a law student, Attorney Jethva participated in Moot Court/Mock Trial and served as a Research Assistant among her other activities including Student Ambassador and Class Treasurer. She also clerked for the First Court of Appeals and the 133rd Harris County Civil Court. Furthermore, Attorney Jethva graduated with an LLM in International Law from the University of Houston in 2011 and has been licensed in the Southern District of Texas since 2009.
Attorney Payal Jethva has been practicing mostly criminal defense in Houston from 2008 - 2016. Since relocating to Austin in February 2016, Attorney Jethva has continued her criminal defense practice in Travis, Williamson and Hays County. Not only does she have extensive experience negotiating with prosecutors but she also successfully represents clients in the courtroom. Attorney Jethva is compassionate about her clients which is why she offers payment plans for most cases.
