I was facing a 2nd DUI Charge and was terrified at the thought of being incarcerated. Recently, My fiance was charged with a DUI. As if we didn't already have enough to deal with regarding her very serious health problems, and other Financial burdens... We were now in a battle with the justice system which seemingly looked very bleak! I had previously heard of Patrick Scully, from... someone he had represented.... I don't know why, but I put his number in my phone for safe keeping just in case I ever needed to refer him to a friend. I certainly never expected that friend to be my fiance. Although I felt better that he was referred by someone who had great results with him, I was still somewhat skeptical that he would be able to do anything for us in this horrible situation. From our very first meeting with him, I got the impression that he was a very rare find... He put us both a ease, and humbly acknowledged that we were in good hands, He promised that he would do everything in his power to minimize the collateral damage resulting from this event. As we proceeded through the many hoops that needed to be jumped through in this process, we became increasingly more concerned that we would get slammed with the much larger bill then what he had initially quoted us. There was undoubtedly many unforeseen factors that made this case very complicated! I am thankful and grateful to say that in hindsight, he held up his end of the bargain, (although I think he may have got a little bit short changed! ) It was an awful lot of work for the money that he quoted us! In the end she came out smelling like a rose! I don't know how he did it, but he did it... Thank you Patrick, you truly have made a huge difference in both of our lives! Patrick Scully's knowledge and expertise regarding laws, regulations, and procedures (including both court and DMV) were outstanding. He was always prepared and everything was done in a timely manner, which greatly alleviated my anxiety over my situation. He explained everything clearly and concisely..., and was very personable.
