Unfortunately I trusted her based on these reviews and I blindly gave my file to her. It took a year just to open a case for us and she guaranteed our case will approve. But we rejected in 1 months after the submission and again she disappeared after that. She charged us fully and not willing to he...lp us on that rejection.
