A Prizewinning Lawyer

I had a J-1 visa that ended on August 31. 2015. I contacted Ms. Fattahi on June 2015, only 8 months later I was approved both for EB-1 visa and NIW visa. She is very focused, and fast. She is very knowledgeable and effective in her job. You will be in good hands. Thank you.

Great Advisor

I hired Ms. Fattahi to assist me with my children's N-600 (certificate of citizenship). She was very organized, thorough, and directed us patiently in collection of our documents. Ms. Fattahi is the one and only immigration lawyer who you can trust and put your life in her hands.

After consulting so many lawyers in VA, I was so fortunate to find Ms. Fattahi's law firm contact. She offered free consultation according to my husbands immigration case. On our first meeting, we did not hesitate to sign the agreement because of Ms. Fattahi's professional behavior and honesty. Her P...ersian language proficiency is excellent which in our case was really helpful. Although, our case was a very complicated one, she handled the situation so professionally that USCIS approved our case after so many challenges. We are so thankful for hiring her and recommend her 100% for any immigration situation.

My impression after being in touch for about 2 years!

She has a prim character but totally expert and could help me along with my family to get our green cards via my sports affiliations. Having no personal access to her office, I had to trust and pay the fee, without even a lawful contract, and she respected my blind trust and did a good job. Finally, ...she proved that her estimations were feasible. You'll not regret to trust her.

While I appreciate the five-star rating, I’d like to make some clarifications regarding this review. While living abroad, the reviewer came across my immigration practice via my online advertising. So, the reviewer did not hire my services based on recommendations from any of my former clients, or based on our in-person meetings, but purely based on the trust we established during our phone appointments. Knowing the reviewer’s cultural background, I understand that this is not an easy thing to come by, and I deeply appreciate it. During the period of our work together, despite not having physical access to my office, the reviewer had my cell phone number to call at any time, and I always responded to their calls promptly. Also, I begin working with clients only after signing a written contract with them. That was the case for the reviewer, as well. Again, I appreciate the reviewer’s trust and satisfaction with my services, and the fact that the reviewer has referred several new clients to me.
